FIRST EVER BLOG POST

I’ve been thinking about starting a blog for a few months now and wasn’t sure how to go about it. who knew it was so easy!  thanks to my friend McKay McKay Ehrman I learned more about WordPress and that there was a convenient app and 20 min later I’m writing my first post.

the main reason I wanted to start a blog is for personal reference so I can keep track of my workouts and meal plans in a convenient place. I have every day since October In a spiral ring notebook at the moment… so I’m excited to get started here!  I would be super pumped for my blog to develope into something deeper to educate people on fitness and health. Please stick with me through this life adventure!
