Savory Oats

simple and easy recipe:

  1. soaked 48g of oats overnight with previously sautéed veggies (mixed greens, onions, mushrooms, peppers) in about 1/2 to 3/4 cup egg whites.
  2. in the morning started oven at 350 and put oat mixture in the oven immediately. let it bake while getting ready for work (about 20 minutes.)

so easy!! and oh so delicious.

I cooked the remaining 2 or 3 egg whites egg whites in the skillet and topped it on the oats. hands down my new favorite breakfast! a dash of salt made all the difference and I’m already looking forward to having it again tomorrow.
